Congratulations from Carnton Plantation to Tommy Thompson Artist! Tommy won the publicity artwork contest with "Springtime at Carnton" for the upcoming show at Carnton Plantation during July 15-17, 2011. The Chestnut Group/Carnton Art Show and Sale to be held at the Fleming Center on the Plantation will have works from Carnton as well as The Carter House and the Lotz House Museum.
Tommy Thompson painted the oil original, "Nashville Symphony at Crockett Park," after visiting the park in Brentwood, TN, to attend a concert by the Symphony.
